Hello, I’m Bill and I’m one of the coaches here at Unite Fitness!
I’m referred to as many things and some I can’t say but usually it’s burn with Bill!
I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer/ level 4 Nutrition and sports exercise specialist qualified! I love all types of training but mainly in the past couple of years found that Functional Fitness training has improved me all over!
This sort of training has helped me on and off the football pitch making me more agile and explosive! Off the pitch has helped me in day-to-day movements without coming across any problems as I have found. It has also helped me in my transformation journey to help me get shredded and feel lean! Helped me with my confidence massively. So I highly recommend either starting this sort of training or come talk to me about coaching/1-2-1 training!
My main goal is to help people smash their goals and get into the best shape of their lives whilst eating the foods they love and not having to miss out on social events! Bringing a community of like-minded people will not only improve everyone’s mental health but also help create friendships for a lifetime! Love to see people thrive in their journeys and have a smiles on their faces!

I enjoy strength training as well as cardio and love being outside.

Hi I’m Sam, I have been a personal trainer and boxing kick/boxing coach since 2017, and have competed in both disciplines with majority wins. In 2023 I certified with functional patterns as a human foundations practitioner. So now the main part of my job is bringing people out of pain either chronic or acute. This also includes injury rehabilitation. It’s amazingly rewarding to see my clients achieve things with there body they never thought was possible, and “wind the clock back” on the fascia and joints.
FITNESS COACH & PILATES TEACHER
As a busy mum of three, I understand how challenging it can be to find time for yourself—especially when it comes to fitness. After having my first child, workouts felt impossible, and when my twins arrived four years later, time was even scarcer!
That’s why I decided to invest in a Sweaty Mama Franchise for East Grinstead—to create a welcoming space where mums can work out together in a safe, supportive environment without needing childcare.
I became a pre- and post-natal specialist when my twins were just four months old, and for over a year now, I’ve been running classes, meeting amazing mums and their little ones. Some have joined me through their entire maternity leave—and beyond!
My passion is helping mums move, connect, and build a strong support network, no matter the age of their children. In addition to fitness coaching, I’m also a qualified Pilates teacher, bringing strength, balance, and mindfulness into every session.

YOGA COACH
Hello, I’m Alisha Eden.
I’ve been practicing Yoga for over ten years and qualified in Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga in 2020. Since then, I have continued to study Yin, Chair, and Fertility Yoga.
Yoga supports me to reset, put down my busy thoughts and to-do lists, and be fully present. My personal movement practice ebbs and flows with my shifting energy levels and the seasons. Sometimes I love a strong, playful challenge, other times there is nothing better than indulging in blissful, restorative surrender.
I believe Yoga is accessible for everybody and always offers lots of options to explore. My students describe me as passionate, calming, and supportive.
Off the mat, I love connecting with nature and strive for simplicity and sustainability.

Hi I am Emily, i discovered Yoga back in 2002 and has now been teaching for over 20 years. She facilitates a joyful and nurturing safe space for you to share, let go, and discover yourself in a new, harmonious, and empowering way offering the perfect blend of sequences to enhance strength, flexibility as well as relaxation.
PILATES COACH
I’m Caroline (or Caz as I’m better known!) and I’m the proud founder and owner of CB Fitness Pilates, running classes here at Unite Fitness on Friday mornings.
I am a Level 3 CIMSPA qualified Pilates Instructor and run a variety of Pilates classes in and around East Grinstead. I also offer private 1:1 / 2:1 sessions, which we can do here at Unite Fitness.
I am currently working towards my Level 4 Advanced Pilates, which once gained, will promote me to a Pilates Teacher, so I can help even more people, especially those with further orthopedic conditions.
I also have CPD in pre/post-natal Pilates and Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions. I’m working on Pilates for Sports.
Pilates is just as much about the mental health benefits to me as it is the physical benefits. I love how relaxed I feel after a class and how motivated it makes me for the rest of the day. Because of Pilates, I have a strong body and healthy mind, and I am now on a mission to make everyone else fall in love with the power of Pilates too!
PILATES COACH
Jemma is a STOTT Pilates and Total Barre Instructor teaching across the South East. Formerly trained as a dancer and aerialist, Jemma promotes the care of a strong moving body, tailoring her workouts to challenge her clients whether they are complete beginners or professional athletes.
Unite Fitness in East Grinstead is a gym and fitness centre in a fantastic central location.
